When we arrived were told it was booked out and they moved us to a similar hotel down the street. Who knows if it was similar or not, but it was nice enough, but the courtyard meant there was a lot of echo and everything was very loud. Staff were friendly enough.

Very good security and great dogs! So cute! The hotel has a great view of the volcano and town from above! Very nice and clean rooms. Best sleep ever!!! Staff is helpful.
