Everything was ok except was charged US$60 from Antigua to Flores other agencies charge $45. Was a rip off big time. They knew it was rip off! I learnt!

This place is above all else clean. Really, really clean. The rooms are more than adequate , not beautiful or anything, but the gardens really pretty, the rooftop view of city and volcanoes is amazing, and super duper clean. I actually can be kinda demanding in that regard because I have a strong cockroach allergy, and felt totally safe barefoot here, which is rare in central America, because of this . I even noticed the shower curtain seemed be changed and washed daily!

Super-clean hotel. Antigua in general strikes me as being over-priced, so I think the cost of the room was probably comparable to other hotels offering similar services. But all staff were charming, the terrace was lovely, having a kitchen available was a huge bonus, and there was plenty of hot water. Best of all (as a dog-owner), the three dogs who reside at the hotel were lots of fun to pet! I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone visiting Antigua.
