Do not book this Hotel via hostelworld!!! They do not accept it. Or at least they don't speak a single english word so you can explain them that you already did a pre payment. However you get a room for 4 people for 30dollar!! So less than 8dollar per person. I recommend just go there and take a room, its even cheaper than on hostelworld and it didn't seem so busy.

staff can't speak english. wifi was possible just in front of reception.

This hotel suited my purpose, which was to be able to get a good sleep close to my dentist in Tijuana. The hotel was a little worn, but quite clean, with responsive staff who spoke English.
