I stayed with my mother here and we really enjoyed our stay, we both would definitely go back and would without a doubt recommend it. The staff speak perfect english and are extremely nice and helpful. The receptionist welcomed us in on arrival and gave us plenty of information about the city such as places to visit, restaurants and even safety (about pickpockets) which not a lot of people do! Our room was really nice and clean. The hotel very central, it's right beside Placa Universitat.
