Hotel Central Station Reviews

The staff is not helpful, the man that stays in the night does not speak English! The shower in my room was broken and I needed to take shower in the another bathroom outside my room (not problem if the money I have payed for a ensuit bathroom were refunded). In my second night the heater were turned off and I wake up with cold. Anyway just stay there if you really need an easy localization,

very close to Milan terumini station. We stayed only one day to transit. We arrived by early bus and they prepared our room as soon as possible so that we could sleep in early moring!! That's was so happy.

Good: Staff gave me all the attention I needed; my shared room was nice as well. Internet wireless signal is't reachable from inside most of the rooms, but, at the reception hall, it works fine and the speed is very good. The plac is pretty close from the Central Train Station (Milano Centralle). Bad: The surroundings are not beautiful, specially at night, but it is just 2 blocks from the station. No lockers in the rooms. No breakfest, no interaction, no fun. Seems like a more serious place.

If are you looking for some place near the Milan Central Station this is the best cost benefit ever !

Showe room is durty & small but location is excellent.

Good location - right next to the central station, close to shops and public transport.; secure and clean hostel; no lockers in the room :( Internet only works in the reception area. Good if you are in transit, 1 or 2 nights, no longer, no entertaiment at all. In general worth to recommend.

pros: across the street from train/bus station so very convenient for early morning transfers, wifi available, helpful staff, cons: located in dodgy area, very noisy at night, bathrooms very old. Would only stay there again if i had an early flight

The hotel is ok. Its right by the railstation, and the metro. But the shower was really bad, there where no safetylockers, and the door would not close without locking it. The wifi was really on and of. And some of the staff couldn't speak english. But its cheap and has a good location

This budget hotel is 5 minutes from Milan Central Train Station. Location is fantastic if you don't want to lug a heavy pack on the metro or trams. Metro to the centre and sights is 2 minutes away. The staff were friendly and professional., the room and bathroom clean and the wifi worked well.

Even as a young female traveller by myself with two massive suitcases I had no issues with the VERY short trip between station and hotel at 11pm. The area was well lit and not scary. The street light shining through the window made sleeping a little difficult, but apart from that I can't fault it at all. The room had two fans in it and there was even free shampoo/showergel and soap. Lovely little place, and as long as you bring an eyemask you'll be fine! Very helpful and friendly staff too.
