When I arrived in the hotel after mid-night, the hotel is overbooked, even I have had a reservation. I was sent to a guest house, and walking in the dark for 5-10 minutes in a new city is not fun. I was led to a storage room full of bottle waters and shocked. I guess it could be the reception could not speak English well, but he is polite and nice. I tried to call but could not get a room in the hotels nearby and it has already passed 2 am, and they charged me 70% of the original price.

Not for the light sleeper. This hotel is based beside a train station and my window looked out to a busy road.No proper curtains on window to shut out street light.BUT,if you are a good sleeper place it's simple, clean, fantastic location but not fancy.

The plus point is it is next to central train station and easy to find. But it can be noisy at night. Also the window curtains are way too thin to block sunlight at daytime. At night time, room will be very bright even when lights in room are out. It require traveler to be very tired or heavy sleeper to be able to sleep. Changing thicker curtain might help. Otherwise it is a good base to explore the city.

Everything was really ok except the WIFI which didn't work even in lounge room! Besides it was clean and the staff was really nice (but not everyone speaks English).

these is not a hostel, so it's really good to stay only to be near the central station

73%

This hotel has a good quality price ratio, it's very clean and the staff is nice and very closed to the Central station so it's convenience if you want to take the subway or the train, only at 4 stop-off of the Duomo The environnment is not very safety during the night.
