My room was fifthy, even the towels were dirty - it was like I was in someone elses room. I had to leave at 06:30 to get the coach & defo no possibility of breakfast, not even a piece of bread, just no help. The location is the old medina full of negative attitude they just want your money (& I live in Morocco). The cleaner needs hiring, firing or given glasses!

Management incredibly enthusiastic! We had lots of fun.. our rooms were clean and colourful. The BEST part - the view from the roof!!! AMAZING. It's in the medina which is cool to walk around in, but it's quite far from the beach and mosque.. yet taking one of the metered taxis is no problem at all, and very cheap! Wifi only downstairs, but you get free mint tea while you sit.

Only spent one night here but it was more than satisfactory. They have computers with internet and free mint tea. Abdul was an excellent, entertaining host. If I return to Casablanca, I will stay here again.

The location is close to the big mosque but being in the vicinity of Medina, one would need to find her way through it and be vigilant as to her personal belongings. There is no heat in the hotel but thick blankets are available. So it may be worthwhile to bring along your sleeping bag during the winter season. Other than that, the staff is excellant - English-speaking, helpful, and very hospitable!

Good breakfast and comfortable room! The location wasn't great, it's within walking distance of everything we wanted to visit, however, the road was noisy through the night so i'd recommend ear plugs! Also, a lot of pollution in that area.

Nice place to stay. The price was good, the location was good, the staff were friendly. I would recommend it.

reasonable price and staffs are very passionate..but the card machine is not working, so we have to pay by cash. Also, wifi is not working.

The location is HORRIBLE. I recomend you to stay somewhere near the beach. There the area is nice, there are good restaurants and the beach of course (You can get anywhere by taxi for less than 4 Euros). The staff in the hotel is nice, but the rooms are dirty and there is no heating at all. The hot water goes out real quick too. The neighbourhood is dirty, dark and kinda dangerous too.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, speak English. A little difficult to find, but that is mostly due to general Medina layout.

Great hostel, the only problem was that there was no heat in the room, but eventhough, it was a great experience.

Great! Very helpful and friendly staff. For example my mobile phone don´t worked in Morocco and there was only an Arabic announcment on the phone. I just wanted to ask the owner what it´s said, he explained it to me and then he buyed a Morrocan pre-paid SIM card for me which I used during my stay and I´ve got to pay nearly nothing for it (about 15 MAD for 5 days). And in the first night the hotel was overbook, so he offered me to share a room with another traveler and sleeping this night forfree

Wonderful place.We took a double room,it had a balcony.Hotel is in the middle of the Medina,but as it is not that big in Casablanca ,makes it possible to find on your own.We called it -the best Building in the Market.

No heating in the room. But thick blankets. The owner / manager is very friendly - in five different languages. There was no hot water on the first night but it was hot enough to burn my skin off the next morning. Breakfast was the standard orange juice, mint tea, jam and bread. The hotel is in a good central location, albeit, not in the best neighbourhood. There are heavy duty locks on the doors but they're badly fitted. A good kick from a 12 year would get you in.

A very average place to stay, but I do not say that with a negative connotation. Good location, decent rooms, and friendly staff. The breakfast included is very nice and is as good as you will find in Morocco without heading to a proper restaurant.
