Was a great place to stay for a quick trip into Venice, although you had to pay for wifi and luggage storage was not ideal since it was not secure, but the staff was very helpful! Also it was much farther than we thought from the train station, and originally started walking there at night and realized we should take a taxi.

It is a 3 start hotel and it is excellent place to stay. I must admit that my stay was really good, the staff were really nice. Please note that tourists might think, it is far from Venice main location but please note, that 50mt from hotel, u have a bus stop, which taken 15min to reach Venice main location, which is Venice Railway Station, Santa Lucia, or P.le.Roma.

The hotel is a 15 minute bus ride away to the area where you can take a boat to the actual Island. Its very easy to navigate and worth saving money! The staff is very helpful in planning things and accommodating. WIFI IS NOT FREE, I do not understand this or agree with it at all. this was the one problem. Besides that, it was a quiet and safe hotel and very comfortable!

The hotel has good infrastructure wise, just that it is a bit far from the railway station. Breakfast was available in the morning in 5 euro which was good. Wifi was chargeable. The hotel has a supermarket nearby, which is a plus.

The staff is nice. Very convenient if you don't want to stay at Venice and pay more for a room. Bus stop is just across the street with buses going to venice like every 15 min and it cost 1.3€. Doesn't have free wifi but it was good in general.

The hotel is not expensive for being more or less close to Venice, but don't expect much. The room was small, but clean. Internet is really expensive compare to other hotels I have been before, and you get nothing from the hotel, not even a single map. I payed for a room, and that is what I got. Nothing less, nothing more.

This ''Hotel'' did not let my group and I stay because the man on the lobby could not speak english and did not know the ''password'' to get on the computer to check our booking. Sent my friends and I on another walk in the rain to some other hotel through venices shady redlight district where four dudes shared two beds, in the morning the manager told us it was our fault shortly and sent us on our way without an utterance of an apology. WORST EVER AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. If you're visiting Venice, you do need to take a bus or train to the island, but it's only about 10 minutes and 1.30 Euro each way... and they run constantly. Staff are friendly as can be, the hotel is nice and clean... probably one of the best deals you're going to get in the Venice/Mestre area.

The hotel was quite reasonable overall. Staff were polite and multilingual and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The biggest faults were the location (a ~15 minute train ride over the water from the main body of Venice) and the internet, which was not free anywhere in the hotel and was charged on a time basis (this would have been a considerable inconvenience if staying more than a couple of days).

We got really lost trying to find it every time we returned to it. I wasn't close to venice. I was disappointed about the lost time to try and find it. The desk staff were really nice, but they always seemed so busy, I couldn't just ask questions.
