This was a very good alternative to staying in the city, whcih saved some big bucks. The bus stop to Venice is right outside the hotel and comes quite often, so it's really convenient as well. If you can afford it, stay in the city, but if not, this was not a bad way to go! Good value for money.

A typical three star hotel; everything you'd expect facility-wise, no frills but somewhere to sleep at night, which is what you want from somewhere like this really. Good price and comfortable enough for me.

this is Hotel. so they don't have kitchen. So it's a little bit unconvenient for budget traveler. Place is in Mestre, close to city center, little bit far from station but bus station was really close.

The staff was really great! My friend and I forgot our passport and confirmation, but the owner was nice enough to let us use their computer and print it out from my email. Luckily I had my passport scanned on an email! Everyone was really nice and it was a good location! Not far from downtown Venice, and lots of stores, grocery markets, etc. nearby.

The hotel offered us exactly what we expected. The location outside Venice makes it cheap, but every 10 minutes a bus leaves to Venice next to the hotel (20 minutes driving). The area around the hotel is nice; bars, shops and coffee places are all around. Only downside was the staff, that was not very helpful when asking questions about for example bus tickets.

Though its location is a real handicap (the hotel is a 15' away by bus from Piazzale Roma in Venice), everything else is better than expected. The rooms are average but really clean and quite comfortable, the inner location in Mestre is perfect (next to a market and really close from the center, which is also quite nice). I must specially thank Marco from reception, as he helped us several times and always with a smile on his face.

Amazing, it was a real hotel with all the things, new towels every day, tv, hairdryer, they clean your room and make your bed every day... Crew was very helpful, speaks good English and location is good, a bit far from the train station but in the center close to the main squares with Italian people drinking coffee and walking their dogs, and right next to the bus stop for bus #7 to Venice (night bus N1)

The hotel was perfect for our needs. It's located on a main bus line, there's a supermarket nearby and shops too. The hotel was basic, clean and for a weekend away in Venice it's worth paying a little less to stay in Mestre so this hotel is ideal.

The photo of the room in internet was much bigger from the one we got. Breakfast was not included, we didn't expect it. We were not informed about an extra tax we had to pay (tourism fee). The corridor was very loud, there was not carpet and just the rolling of the suitcase wheels made a very loud noise. There were some environment friendly rules that were not followed by the staff, we always left our towels hanging somewhere and not on the floor, but they were anyway exchanged.

The staff was very helpful when telling me about the bus schedule and where to go. Greatly appreciated. The room was very nice and clean. GREAT VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY! Not too far from Venice. The bus stop is right across the street and it takes you directly there. There is also a grocery store and ATM across the street. Overall I had thoroughly enjoyed my time in Venice.

Despite not being located in Venice, the bus journey takes between 10 and 20 minutes and stops are nearby, one of them is about 10 meters outside the hotel so the location is not a problem! The staff is very friendly and helpful! The room and bathroom are clean and spacious (I got a double bed)! Basically I recommend to anyone wanting to visit Venice and enjoy some comfort!

DONT GO for their buffet breakfast. its 5 euros for cookies and crackers milk juice and coffee. its terrible and not worth it. there is a simply across the street that you can get breakfast for alot cheaper. This was my only peeve about the place. otherwise it is decently close to venice (about 30 mins).

The hotel and staff were very nice. Just a bit far from the city. Obviously, the location is in Venice Mestre, and not the actual city of Venice. Only a short bus ride to the canals tho. Also, I was not charged for breakfast, Wifi, or a beer and water that I got from the Lobby fridge:) Thanks Hotel Centrale!

Nice hotel in the mainland area of Venezia. It was clean and pretty well maintained. Its about a 15min bus ride to the island of Venice just outside the hotel. The city around the hotel is clean and quiet. The room was quite small only big enough to fit a twin bed and barely any room to move around it but that didn't bother us much. We had a clean washroom and even a nice balcony.
