breakfast should be for free, the hotel is expensive enaught; I don´t find fair to pay 42euros/night for a 75cm bed and a 5sq metre bedroom with paper walls, were you could listen alllllllllll the noices, the ones from the street and the one from the people shouting and running in the corridors during the whole night!! there was noone controlling this people so they coud do whatever they wanted, and shout as much as they liked. Shared bathroom by the way, but very clean.

The location was great, staff were helpful and the room was compact but very clean. It felt very safe, with staff buzzing folks in. However, on my floor the buzzer was broken and there were a couple of times I had to walk down to reception to ask them to buzz again ( 3 flights of stairs). But this was a very small issue. I was woken up by other guests either coming in very late or leaving very early (4-5am) every other night. The bathrooms were clean, I didn't have to wait & always had hot water

It was an "OK" stay at best. While it's nice to have the hostel by Termini, it's not located in a good distance to any of the sites. I came in late and the concierge wasn't ready for me and it took awhile to find my reservation. It's an old building and all of the accommodations are old, as well. I could barely lock the door on my room and never knew if I was going to have roommates or not.

Hotel room was adequate, but price per night was too steep for overall value. Hotel room was very similar to hostel-style room, only a little nicer for all the price of a hotel room. Also the staff in the hotel were very rude at times and not very helpful especially at night. I was glad that they did know english, but they lock the doors at night and you have to buzz them to let you in. I had trouble ourchasing the room online and had to pay more for my room after. Wifi here is ok. Overall ok.

The people working there are a little clueless and there is no hot water BUT the location is perfect and it is a great value for the money you spend on a bed. I recommend this place definitely! Who needs hot water anyway

Overall I was pleasantly satisfied with my room. My main concern was the lack of hot water in the shower. Excellent location within walking distance of the central train station. Staff was neither friendly nor unfriendly, but rather helpful enough. The room was kept tidy and clean.
