Very clean place, but if you have problem with stair ... not good a lot of it!
The WiFi doesn't work in the rooms only at reception (with bad area), but there's no space for all the people. The location is good, but as it's next to the main train station, the streets are dirty and there's a lot of homeless sleeping on the street next to the hotel.
There's nothing terribly bad about this hostel.but nothing good to promote it at all. It is noisy due to.a bar across.the road but has little atmosphere itself so you just don't sleep. The rooms are up three flights of stairs, there are not enough power sockets, the staff are unapproachable, the wifi only works in the 'wifi bar' (not really a bar- just a minibar) And even.there cuts in and out. There are better places to stay.
Terrible staff (there was a young receptionist that was ok, but the other - older guy - who stayed most of the time was very rude, did not treat the guests well. WiFi only work at the reception, which was annoying.. Room was ok.
GREAT location!! Courteous staff and clean room/bath! Issues: -Front desk keeps the room key and you have to get it every time you return to the hostel. It was not an issue as someone is at the desk 24/7. However, I worried that anyone could ask for our key from the desk and they would receive it. (Despite this fear, I felt very safe) -Wifi only near the front desk which means you have to sit in a TINY lobby, often on the stairs.
The problem i experienced is that their system is slow to show if you had a booking. I booked less than an hour before i arrived and, when i got their, was told they were booked up. The older darker skinned gentleman at the hostel was extremely rude and unfriendly. The 30-something year old buzzed hair guy wasn't unfriendly but he could smile a lot more. The younger curly-haired gentleman was very friendly. The cleaning lady was the most friendly and said 'buongiorno' every morning.
