Very clean place, but if you have problem with stair ... not good a lot of it!

The WiFi doesn't work in the rooms only at reception (with bad area), but there's no space for all the people. The location is good, but as it's next to the main train station, the streets are dirty and there's a lot of homeless sleeping on the street next to the hotel.

There's nothing terribly bad about this hostel.but nothing good to promote it at all. It is noisy due to.a bar across.the road but has little atmosphere itself so you just don't sleep. The rooms are up three flights of stairs, there are not enough power sockets, the staff are unapproachable, the wifi only works in the 'wifi bar' (not really a bar- just a minibar) And even.there cuts in and out. There are better places to stay.

Terrible staff (there was a young receptionist that was ok, but the other - older guy - who stayed most of the time was very rude, did not treat the guests well. WiFi only work at the reception, which was annoying.. Room was ok.

GREAT location!! Courteous staff and clean room/bath! Issues: -Front desk keeps the room key and you have to get it every time you return to the hostel. It was not an issue as someone is at the desk 24/7. However, I worried that anyone could ask for our key from the desk and they would receive it. (Despite this fear, I felt very safe) -Wifi only near the front desk which means you have to sit in a TINY lobby, often on the stairs.

The problem i experienced is that their system is slow to show if you had a booking. I booked less than an hour before i arrived and, when i got their, was told they were booked up. The older darker skinned gentleman at the hostel was extremely rude and unfriendly. The 30-something year old buzzed hair guy wasn't unfriendly but he could smile a lot more. The younger curly-haired gentleman was very friendly. The cleaning lady was the most friendly and said 'buongiorno' every morning.

I rated services as mediocre because the wifi only worked in the lobby and not in the rooms.

There's no locker in the room and no lift. We stayed in the 4th flor and had to go up by stairs with the luggage. Everything else ok: room was big, nice reception, every flow had a locked door, each one has their own key.

There is no sign in front of the building. They have it posted on the door jamb and the name is different than what is on Hostel World (big problem when you're trying to find the place!). Everything else was fine. My door handle fell off a couple times but the staff was very, very nice and on top of fixing it. Great location off the main drag and great back patio for coffee or beer. Room had a window and fan, much appreciated in the summer heat. Never waited for the toilet and they were clean.

Very close to Termini. Everything OK with a fair price. My only disappointment is Insufficient plugs in the dorm. 3 Plugs for 5 people. It's especially bad for those who want to charge their phone and camera)

Good hostel, excellent service and very clean. The only complaint, as with most of the reviewers here, is the fact that there is no elevator. I had to carry my backpack and a 35 pound bag all the way up to the third floor, and that in itself was an odyssey of its own. The wifi is also nit-picky. Unless you have a device with good reception, you would have to put your device on the wall to get signal, but other than that, it's a very good hostel. (:

Wifi only worked downstairs in her common area and there was only 1 bathroom for over ten people. Close to the train station and lots of places to eat close by, a by far from tourist sites

Maybe there can be more sockets for mobile chargers etc.

I thought that the hotel was overpriced. I believe the reason the price was high was due to its 24 hour reception, but there was nothing else to justify it. My bed was smaller than what I had received from other places for lower prices (30 euros, compared to the 40 at Hotel Cervia) I usually also had a shower or or a toilet at those prices. The location is well the liveliest it is also the nosiest. My room was right next to a restaurant which was noisy. Decent Location.

The room is good. The only problem is that wifi don't work in the room, just in reception, and the hotel doesn't have a lift. The rooms are upstairs.

The service was good and received the service I expected. Thank You
