We were fairly happy with our stay. When we checked in they forgot to deduct my Hostelworld deposit from my total but when i brought this to their attention they made up for it eith a complimrntary breakfast worth more than my deposit. I will however say that their list of facilities was misleading. Its says lists "breakfast" which I interpreted to mean a complimentary breakfast, when they actually meant the hotel served breakfast in their restaurant for $10 a plate!

I have enjoyed my 3 day stay in this hotel: the staff was friendly and warmful. The little problems I had were about the Internet connection which was very poor on the 3rd floor I did not know there were no elevator in the hotel, so I had to carry my heavy bag upstairs there is no bus stop really close to the hotel, so we have to walk 10 min. to reach it. Above all, it was a pleasant stay in the heart of Montreal
