I really like this hotel. Very cheap and excellent rooms, the value for money is excellent, if you want to go to Paris and spend a few money this is the place. Has a Train station near from the hotel, 5 min walking, with €3,55 you buy a free day pass, in 30 min by train/metro you'll be in the Eiffel Tower. Between the hotel and the Train station has one Carrefour (Supermarket) and one MC Donald, so you can do your breakfast there (if you don't want to pay €6 in the Hotel) and your dinner.

The bathroom was disgusting- constant smell, the toilet leaked, the shower curtain was stained with blood and was broken so would always fall on your head while showering. No plugs in the bathroom either so makes shaving and styling your hair difficult. The Bed was a mattress on a wooden board, uncomfortable. Sheets had cigarette burn marks and smelt of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. We had goods and money stolen from our room while we were out for the day sightseeing.

This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. From the very beginning, trying to deal with reservations, the service was horrible. The physical state of the room was also one of the worst I've experienced: mildew around the windows, cigarette butts on the head of the bed and bedding smelling of cigarette smoke (in a non-smoking room), toilet leaking water on the floor, cracked and moldy bathroom tiles, and mold on bathroom ceiling. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was really good. We were worried what to expect from price 17eur per person per night. But when we came, we were nicely suprised. Hotel room was clean, quiet, few meters from hotel was McDonald, 5-10 minutes by walk were many markets, for example Carrefoure. Train station was only 10-15minutes by walk from hotel. Toilet, shower was clean. We really like that. And room for 3 persons stayed us 51eur for one night, so for that price 17eur for person was really great deal for us.

great room for the price - house keeping cleaned every day. location was good too only a 15 minute walk and approx a 15 minute metro ride to paris nord. there is also a supermarket nearby to get supplies. only down fall is that the hotel only offered a microwave and no other kitchen facilities or implements. but the room was spacious and clean and the price was right!

This was more like a hotel and for some reason I thought it would be like a hostel. There's housekeeping and 24/7 staff. The beds werent comphy, but it works. There is a controllable radiator and a television in the room, and I had the ensuite room for a cheap price. Its worth it. Shared it with two of my buddies and it was totally fine. Neighborhood is pretty safe. 5 minute walk to A big mall/restuarants/groceries, and about a ten-fifteen minute walk to the metro.

This hostel is great except that it is pretty far away. It look nearly 20 minutes to get to "real" Paris. And it's a bit of a walk from the train station. And the breakfast is overpriced. Apart from that, the staff is wonderful.

Two years ago, I have stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Since we were very pleased back then, I visited it again in February 2012. This time it was horrible! The whole room smelled like cigarettes, even the blankets. The room was very cold and the heating didn’t work well. The bathroom was very bad! There was mould on the wall and ceiling, and the toilet seat was broken. The bed was even worse, it was basically just a wooden shelf, with an old mattress on it. It is cheap, but that's it.

No frills, cheap, decent accommodation. It's quite far out of town, but can be reached via the regional express rail service. The staff were excellent and really friendly and helpful. I would say given the price it's a good option for those on a budget or travelling shoestring.

It was okay. It was of a motel 8 type of place. We stayed during the new years weekend so everywhere else was booked but considering the price and time it was okay. The downside is just how out of the way it is to the attractions. You have to leave early and come back late and it can be tiring not to mention costly depending on how long your stay is due to train tickets. Its very close to the the train station but it can be bothersome coming home late due to having to cross a mall parking lot.

The people who work there are very polite, the location is a little bit far away from Paris downtown, but there is a train station 5 min walk from there, that take you everyplace in Paris. The only thing that I didn´t like: they don´t have hair dryer! So, I had to wash my hair every night, and sleep with wet hair! And there is a sign on this web site that THEY DO HAVE HAIR DRYER!!!
