Wifi worked well. Didn't go to breakfast, it was very crowded. Bathroom was very clean. Stairs are loud in the morning when everyone is getting up

We could not use our credit card for payment because it was said to be broken that time. Our room lacked windows except the one on the room door which is used for refreshing the air inside. It is a place to be preferred just to sleep in a clean an tidy room with a good bathroom, close to the cenral station. Free Wi-Fi is a plus. Staff is friendly.

The location is good, right by main train station and metro station, besides ou can actually walk down the colliseum and other city center atractions. The staff is very friendly and the good is big enough and clean. The breakfast is simple but its ok.

Hotel very close to the Roma Termini and most of the attractions can be reached by foot. Several restaurants (italian/indian) just next door. Hotel staff was very nice and gave all the information we wanted. Breakfast included so we could start the day earlier. Hotel room was very nice with plenty of space and the bathrooms were nice and cleaned everyday. Mini Fridge/hair dryer/electronic safe included. you can find clothes/shoes cheap near Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore few blocks away.

overall, it was excellent, staff are good people and had nice breakfast with nice coffee.
