I had a WONDERFUL time at Chicago Hotel. There's no common area, so the breakfast was brought to our room. The location is great, especially for the ones who plan to travel by train. It is VERY CLOSE to Termini, from where most tour buses/trains/airport transfers take off. We actually stayed in another address than the one written in the webste, which is where the reception is. But that's no problem since the other building is even closer to Termini. I would recommend everyone o stay there!

actually they had a big group in the hotel where we were supposed to be and we had to move to another building, very close to the first one and also good. To get to the room was lots of doors until the first floor, maybe cause in this building also live civil people. Very nice room close to Termini station. Just complaints about the breakfast. Was only bread, jam and pineapple juice, but none of it was very tasty. and taken to the room but they came every 15min to check if it was finished of no

Lovely hotel, with nice room. Helpful and kind staff. Though the bathroom is a bit small. Very close to the main train and metro station, as well as some of the sites. Very convenient

The Staff was extremely helpful and guided us. The location of very good as we could walk and see some of the monuments and the termini station was 2 mins walking distance. Near the hotel, the place had great eating joints as well.

The room was big and reasonably comfortable. The bathroom was surprisingly updated. The shower didn't drain very well though. The walls were a little thin.. always best to travel with earplugs. I was little nervous leaving my luggage at with the front desk when my room wasn't ready but it worked out. Important note for first time travelers to Italy: put the room key in the slot next to the door to turn power on in the room.

The room I stayed, number 10, was outside, it has a loud coiffeur as a neighbor, there is a window on the door wich causes the light to get into bedroom, and the mattress wasn't a twin one, it was two together, and it causes us to get to the middle of the bed. There is a 2 euro/night/person city tax which is not advised until you go to check in.

it\'s a very nice hotel to stay in, the staff s very helpful and speak english fluently (something that seems rare in italy :P). overall i have nothing bad to say about the place it\'s near from everything we were able to go everywhere by foot. I cannot comment on the breakfast because we never woke up on time, I would suggest the hotel to extend the breakfeast hour to 10am because 9am it\'s to early. On our last day after we checked out they were kind enough to keep our luggage until the end of the day, as

I loved it. Very nice staff and good value for money. Fantastic location, just down the street from Termini, wonderful breakfast. The walls were a bit thin so it was noisy, so I would bring ear plugs next time. Not as 100% clean as a non-budget hotel, but definitely not dirty. A bit of an odd smell in the washroom but nothing unsanitary (maybe just a city problem). I had a concern in the room the last night and they switched my room graciously. I would definitely stay again. (with earplug

We stayed at Hotel Chicago for a week, and we are very satisfied! The hotel is located near the main train station Termini, but the street is quite and safe. The stuff is very helpful! The room was very nice and clean! It has been cleaned every day, and they changed the towels very often. They even made up our bed every morning. From the hotel we visited all the interesting points of the city center on foot. We would sincerily recommend this hotel!

Very close to the terminal, but I had my own vehicle so it didn't matter. What matters was the parking is super expensive.Breakfast was brought right to my door so that was very good.
