Nothing great, wish the decription said that the street would be full of street vendors. It made it very hard to find while navigating between vendors. Few roaches, nothing scary. Close to good street food.
Overall I had a good experience staying at this hotel, but the location of the hotel is difficult if one has mobility problems, and it does not have wheelchair access if that is a traveler's requirement. In addition, while Petaling Street is a major tourist attraction in Kuala Lumpur, the street becomes very congested with people and street vendors at night which makes getting to the hotel quite difficult. Also, because there are numerous local food vendors on the street, the area attracts bugs.
I was offered a room without window at first. Then I was able to ask for the exchange to a room with window. WiFi internet never get connected in the room. You have to bring your own Notebook Computer to the Reception Lobby in order to get connected with internet access.
- train the staff to have patience when talking to customers. - cleaning service can only be done when customer put a sign board for asking room cleaning service. - every room should have a kettle to cook the water - the television channel provided is too less
Everything was decent, but not amazing. The Staff did help us find a great city tour that ended being almost half price of what we were looking at online.
Hotel was great clean in the center of china town. No security boxes were available on the days that we were there so we had to carry all of our valuables with us. Other than that staff were friendly and helpful and we had a great time. Would for sure stay there again.

I would have expected to be enough safes for the number of rooms, but there wasn't. However , the room seemed to be pretty safe.
very nice hotel , superb staff, especially one man with black hair and glasses, he was very very helpful, hotel was clean, well maintained and the room was nice, clean and air conditioned :) located in chinatown market so easy to find your way bak from the inner city, shops, resteraunts and market stalls just outside with everything you need, used there laundry service it was fast cheap and well done, hotel is close to central market too which is a great place to shop and have a nice dinner.
Staying at this hotel for my 5 days trip in Kuala Lumpur has been overall fine. No frills, no problems encountered. The rooms we're pretty clean and tidy up to the hallways. The wifi is very fast and reliable that I've even downloaded 5 movies in half an hour. The location is very accessible to any part of the city and just downstairs we're stall of local food and stalls selling almost everything. Value for the money --- excellent! Terimah kasih Chinatown 2! :)
