On arrival i was upgraded from a single to a double room! Very modern & clean rooms (cleaned every day), with sat tv & air con. Staff were friendly and when i did have an issue it was sorted out straight away! The hotel was perfectly situated right in the middle of Chinatown & i couldn't hear any noise in my room. Just 1 stop away from KL Sentral so easy access to the rest of the city. Had no problems during my 3 night stay here and would happily stay again.

This hotel is right in the middle of things in Chinatown. Easy access to the hop on - hop off bus. Value for money. Staff are friendly and helpful. nice lounge area to chill out and have a cup of tea/coffee. Would recommend.

It is easy to find and convenient, just 5 minutes walk from LRT. The staffs are very nice. The only disadvantage I found is air-con...u can't adjust the temperature by yourself.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A bit difficult to find right in the middle of china town amoungst all the stalls but a calm oasis in chaos. Would stay again.

Cleaners should only enter the room upon the hanging of the "please clean sign" on the door. They should not enter otherwise as they did daily while I stayed at the hotel- with no sign hung outside the door.

I think, it was the best hotel after my 3 months India trip. It is not expensive. Located in the center of China Town, you even don't need an umbrella when walking in the rain - everything is arround in the covered street. Staff helpfull, they kept my luggage all day after check-out without extra payment. Clean, silent AC, TV, hot water, etc., everyhing what have expensive hotels. Room small, no window, but it is ok for me. Most important: wi-fi works perfectly, they have routers on all floors.

It was a little noisy at night and in morning (walls are kind of thin), but overall a good place. I came back a few days later and stayed again.

The location is in the middle of chinatown and clos to the subway. Our blanked was dirty when we got the room but changed after one day. You can use a save for free at the lobby and the softrinks have fair pricees. Overall quite a nice stay in KL.

I had a one-night stopover in KL with an early morning flight out, and this hotel was perfect for my needs. The single room was small but clean and comfortable. There was a small amount of noise from the street below - hard to avoid in the location - but no noise from inside the hotel. A wake-up call was offered. There were free lockers in the foyer to leave my stuff while I went out, and the location - in the middle of Chinatown, close to a station one stop from KL Sentral, was perfect.
