Good clean place. The staff can speak broken english. No lift in the building (which is not too bad unless you have older people finding it difficult to climb). Bit far from the metro compared to many other listings on this site.

Located in a dingy neighboorhood, but OK for the price. We were charged an additional €5 for air condition, which was a bit much, and we were waked up in the middle of the night by the phone ringing then quickly stopping (probably just a stupid mistake). We also heard the other guests quite loudly through the walls which wasn't that fun.

Nice time in Milano in Hotel Chopin. Poor internet connection though. It had to do with staying. Plus an extra +2 euro tax that was never mentioned. Value for money as it is cheap and provides the basic needs for a night's stay. Close to metro that gets you everywhere in the city.
