Second time staying here. Excellent place, very helpful staff and a few steps from JR and two other subway stations. Good value if you want an ensuite.

Second time staying at Chuo Oasis. The first time I had jet lag and couldn't sleep, but the second time I realized that the bright lights outside the windows make the rooms too light inside, and none of us slept well because of this. Other than that, it's a decent place for the price.

The Hotel itself is top class and value for money. at first glance, the surrounding area might put some people off at first. but i've been there twice and i would still choose the same for my future visits due to the ease to access the subway and rails. great and friendly reception service. cheers.

Clean, relatively new, and nice staff. In a rundown part of Osaka, so watch your stuff. Close to the train stations, but if you come via JR, make sure to take the train to Shin-Imamiya, not Imamiya, otherwise you'll be using the hotel's directions that aren't clear/right...

Although the hotel is in a somewhat seedy area, it is a good value and there is an intreresting covered pedestrian mall nearby. Friendly and helpful people inside and out of the hotel made us feel welcome.

The room was nice and large compared to the other hostels I\'ve been in. The staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

Started and finished my trip here. Super clean, no fuss, very comfy, nice hot shower. Felt quite upmarket really. Free (good) coffee in reception a welcome, coming into reception. A really nice stay, quiet and near good rail and underground connections. Neighbourhood didn't bother me at all. Friendly staff.

Rooms were very spacious and well equipped but the hotel felt quite impersonal. Our rooms smelt a bit of smoke. There is a very small kitchen but it lacks plates, glasses, etc.

I love the room, but on my arrival there i got lost and i rang front reception f , i needed help to get directions on how to get to the hotel, but the receptionist have no idea how to speak english, you need to hire someone who can speak english it would be really nice if they are multiligual. Hire someone who can speak english please! i respect the japanese language but the foreigners that stay in your hotel needs to understand what the receptionist is talking about!

First of all, this was more of a business hotel than a hostel. That being said, yet it was clean and there wasn't anything wrong with it, per se. This just wasn't a place with a lot of personality or good atmosphere, if you are looking for that. Also, the location was a bit dodgy (but just a bit).

Clean and very spacious rooms. Friendly staff. My room had its own shower which was great! Good location. Dottonbori only a 25min walk and there are a lot of bars there so you can walk back after the trains stop running.
