Not exactly a hostel. It's a regular hotel. Clean and safe, but a hotel.

The Wifi signal is not very clear, and please add telephone in every room which can make people easier to contact in different rooms. The service is good!

Friendly staff who can speak English really well and give good recommendations about the area. Room provides all the necessities but just average looking. Close to subway and train station. Hotel is ok but my impression of the location is not so good maybe because of a lot of Pachinkos and small bars around the area.

The single room was nice and well equipped. I stayed on the 9th floor, which was quiet enough for me to rest after days of sight seeing. Large coin lockers are a/v in the lobby for luggage, & I could keep my things there until I left for the airport. Doubutuenmae subway station is within 2 to 3-min walking distance, and close to Tennoji Zoo. It won't take long for walking to Shin-Imamiya station also, for taking Nankai Railway back to Kansai Airport. I will stay in this hotel again.

Good location , very near the two main shopping district (namba and umeda) plus you have two subway lines(@dobutsenmae station) to travel around. the hotel area is near to a few recommended tourist attractions such as the zoo, the tsukensa tower and spa world.

if you are on budget and yet want some privacy...go for this! the room is pretty small but decent enough to have a good rest! other than that, Dont expect much, information provided by front desk maybe incorrect at times, so better double check... however its pretty near to subway and try to book at least a night with hot spring package! its worth going!!!

Amazing! Excellent service, really clean facilities, very roomy for the price, and RIGHT next to the Dobutsuen-mae subway station. What more could you ask for?

Staff were extremely helpful even on trivial issues (Japanese music). It was clean, safe, cheap and right next to the subway and a whole bunch of other hostels/hotels in case you want to meet people or have friends who prefer backpackers places. The only low points: the area has lots of old, drunk people though they're all very friendly and eager to help and the wifi in my room was a bit temperamental, worked fine in the lobby and hall though.
