Rooms were nice, reception very helpful and good position. Very close to SpaWorld which is a great way to relax. Kitchen lacked cutlery and utensils. Hotel owner wasn't very friendly and complained when we asked for a plate as the kitchen didn't have any.

Not a hostel! It is a hotel that has a few dorm rooms. Dorm rooms not worth it, however single rooms really good value. If you want some alone time, definitely worth it.

Staff are very accomodating and nice.

If the staff be more helpful (english speaking), that will be great.

The location is good, really near to the station. This is more like a hotel than a hostel. We stayed in a 5 bed room but as it was just me and more two friends it was like a private room for us. There was just one staff so we had to wait to do the check in but he was great. Our stay here was good. The only problem was that there were a cockroach in front our room so we couldn't go in lol
