Close to the subway and JR stations, which is very good for exploring Osaka and nearby places like Kyoto and Nara. We stayed at a 5-bed room for 3 days, and found no problems with the space eventhough it is small, but it's not too small as we were able to store our luggages in the room as well. They also provide steel lockers in the room. What we did not like was we had to put the bed linens, comforter covers, and pillowcases ourselves, which is quite difficult if your bed is on the top bunk!

The lack of character and atmosphere wasnt too surprising since its a hotel and not a hostel. Theres nothing special about the place, other than that its located very close to the JR Loop line. Nothing bad about it either, but youll probably forget about the place as soon as you leave.

I liked: Nice location, just 1 minute from subway station, clean rooms, working and clean shower and toilet. Staff was friendlly, although they only speak a very little english. What i missed was some athmosphere, it is actually a hotel with a dorm room and don't feel really like a hostel. So nothing special but quite ok.

We stayed here for three nights in the mixed dorm and the hotel had everything we needed. they supplied us with bedding, towel, robe, slippers, and toothbrush. We read the other reviews before we got to the hotel thinking that the area was horrible and unsafe, however we have been to many different part of Japan and this area was quite safe. We walked around and there's some great restaurants and bars all around. We really did enjoy our stay here and I will definitely recommend it!

Very clean, a good place to stay on our last night in Japan after five nights in a fairly awful hostel in Tokyo. My boyfriend and I had a five bed dorm to ourselves. The shower facilities we large and very clean and inside the room and it had a nice little tv. Well located in terms of rail transport. I really liked this area of Osaka even though it's supposedly undesirable. Close to Shinsekai which was great, lots of nice places to eat and go out in the area. Don't go to Tennoji Zoo though.
