Good value for money hostel, you get what you pay for basically. Staff spoke english, and the hotel had many maps of the area available. The location of the hostel on the other hand was a bit rough.

You get what you pay for. We only stayed for one night so there isn't much to commenton. We stayed in a twin tatami room which was very comfortable. We were given complimentary towels, bathrobes and toothbrush and toothpaste. However, our friends were staying in what we believed was going to be a 3 person room, and turned out to be a 4 person room and they had to chare with someone. they also did not receive the icmplimentary items that we did. Oh, and the showers are only on the ground floor.

the bikes that the hotel had for free were great, the best way to travel around Osaka. the open bathroom was nice, and i preferred using it to the shower rooms because those smelt kinda bad (well the one i tried) i was in a dorm room and it had a heater/air conditioner, which was great because we could control the temp of the room. i would definitely use this hotel again.

Ideal location one minute from the JR Shin Imamiya station, walking distance to shopping mekka Namba. Stayed in a 4-share with lots of space and own fridge. Staff doesn't speak English, but are very helpful with directions.

Really enjoyed my stay at the hostel. The staff was amazing and really helpful, specially since I had arrived late at night from Southeast Asia. All your facilities were up to par and I did not lack anything I did not need, from adapters to getting information around the local area. Thanks

The hostel is pretty clean comparing to others, location is quite good, staff are helpful... I stayed one night in mixed dorm which was better than I expected..spacious room and bed, couldn't complain...Plus, it's very good to have free coffee in the morning, I stayed in 4 different places in Japan, this is the only one provides free coffee.

The hotel has a very low price but it offers comparatively good living conditions. It's quite near Shinimamiya station so you don't have to walk around Shinimamiya when coming back during the night for a long time (Japanese friends told me Shinimamiya is a dangerous place..). The cleanliness is not the best unfortunately. The TV in my room was covered with dust when I arrived. The rooms are not really big but it contains anything you need: a little desk, a TV, a refrigator and internet for free.
