We received an email from company this hotel is associated with, and they changed our reservation from this location to Hotel Algarb,this location was not open (apparently?). Due to this, dispite the assurance our reservation and amenities upon arrival we had extreme difficulties, and were told we did not have 'all inclusive' as stated here on Hostelworld.com that this hotel included in this hotel. Overall, staff was completely unfriendly (our entire stay) and our stay was hindered due to this.
