I enjoyed my stay at the colorado hotel, the breakfast was better than in most italian hotels I stayed in before, the location is quite good. Only negative thing: it was really noisy from the street. Ask for a room that has the windows on the other side...

When we arrived at the hotel, it was fully booked, and we were referred to another sibling hotel. We were told that there had been some sort of double booking online, and that there were no space on this hotel either. However, the staff was super friendly, and a woman rang several other hotels in order to ensure us a room, and when they found one, they gave the difference in price directly to us. So, bad and good at the same time!

Excellent value for money. Well priced, with decent sized double room and en suite bathroom. Breakfast was good if basic, and staff were friendly and helpful, speaking some english. Cheaper than some hostels I've stayed in. Be warned, despite what the website says they don't accept card payments. Turn up with cash ready. Location was excellent.

it was a nice hotel.. very well located. good and divers breackfast.. i was pleased with the hotel.. the only problem was that the walls are too thin and we could hear all the noise from the other room or from the holey..but for the money we gave it was worth it

The location is normal, 15 mins walk from station SMN. The staff is not quite good at English. Only one male staff was very sincerity and used body language to tell us the attractions. The room is clean also toilet. Breakfast is accceptable.

We have stayed in many of your bookings this past month. this was way below the standards of almost all of your contractors. the hotel was reeking of tobacco smoke. the concierge spoke absolutely no English, Spanish, or French. the rate was 55 euros per night. I don't like to be negative but half that would be pushing it. our stay in Florence was impossible as every hotel in town, seriously, was booked. We finally found something for 70 euros, 4 stars, 20 k out of town.

The hotel wasnt very pretty. Is a third floor without elevator. They had no internet! The breakfast was good and the room sort of fine.

First of all, they messed up our reservation so we had to stay at another hotel, the Cordova. So the review is about Hotel Cordova. Internet is ok. No kitchen. No common room. One staff tried to enter our room while we where in the room. Breakfast is so so.

We had booked for Hotel Colorado, somehow for some reason (may be over booking ) we were provided accomodation at Hotel Lombardia which is a great hotel at a very good location (just 100 mts away from the SMN station. Stay at Hotel Lombardia was good, breakfast was great, and good value for money. But Hotel Colorado doesnt seem to be that appealing , but surely good value for money (Even though we did not stay there, this was our first impression )

The best price we could find in Florence. Staff didn't know much English, but they were friendly and we managed to get by. They provided breakfast in the morning (cereal, breakfast roll, juice) which was pleasant. They also have a nice drink maker: hot chocolate, coffee, lattes, etc. The bathroom in room was extremely small. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. Be prepared to go up stairs to get to the hostel. Overall, pretty tolerable, considering how expensive all the hostels were in Florence.
