The location is good but it was very unclean. We encountered several cockroaches and we had very noisy neighbours.

This was a very bizarre place to come and stay at. It is clean, and the staff are relatively helpful but the rooms don't have a toilet, but do have a shower and sink. The wifi only works in the reception area, and there is no real common area or even a fridge if you want to store food. I think it is fine for one night, just as long as your realise beforehand that it is not of the highest quality, but is cheap and in an excellent location. That way you won't be shocked upon arrival.

It seems that n france all hostels are bad. The toilet here is very smelly. The owner was nice, but his coworker was very rude. They gave us a crappy room and offered a better one, but for an extra cost. We did not enjoy staying here at all.

If you stay for one night, it\'s a good and cheap hostel. Nevertheless it is not very clean. There were no shower curtains. The bed is not the most comfortable one either. But the location is excellent, really close to the Arènes and the old city center

Building was definitely old, but the rooms were clean enough. Bath towels could've been larger. We arrived early, and they stored our luggage without a charge and prepared the room for us earlier than we had said we'd arrive. When we checked in, the guy at the reception gave us a map and told us places to see and eat, which was helpful. No sign or explanation of breakfast or checkout procedure, but all you have to do is ask.

The young chap working there was friendly, knowledgeable and spoke really good English. They upgraded us to the room with it's own bathroom. However there was a strong smell of blocked drains throughout the hotel. The location was excellent and made it easy for us to see the sights.

Best part of this hotel is the location. Close to the center and the Roman Arena. The manager was very nice and helpful. The place is a little run down though, and not in the charming kind of way. My lights went out one night. Although it did seem like they were doing renovations and trying to fix up the place. Decent value for the price.

The concierge was lovely, and I even had my room upgraded when I arrived free of charge! They were doing renovations but the room had everything I needed, although it did look a bit unfinished. My only complaints were the size of the shower (tiny) and the cleanliness of the room. The room was quite dusty and the shower had old soap and shampoo bottles around the top and the shower head a disgusting wad of chewing gum (?) on it (you had to hold it to shower). I would recommend for a short stay.

It is just a place to sleep for one night. As the clerk replied to my questions "it is just a cheap hostel, so you can't expect a room without noise."

We indicated checkin at 12noon, but they only allowed check in after 2pm, and we weren't informed. The night guy was so unfriendly and unhelpful.

Good place to stay if you're only passing through for one night - wouldnt recommend it for any longer, or for anybody expecting to spend more time in the room than for just sleeping. Room was clean and basic - you get what you pay for.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When I arrived, reception was flooded. I was told that could check-in after 1 hour, but had to wait 5 hours to get into my old and dirty room with no hot water due to the leak, and a broken shower rail. When I asked the receptionist to make a doctors appointment for me he refused Leaving, I wanted to complain, but, as with everything, he said; "it's not my problem" and got me to wait for 2 hours to speak to a boss who never arrived. Unprofessional and arrogant.

Trotz der freundlichen Servicemitarbeiter war z.B. die Dusche nicht annehmbar für mich. Es funktionierte nur eine von drei Lampen im Zimmer und ausser über dem Waschbecken gab es keine Steckdose im Zimmer.
