The door made a lot of noise and the elevator wasn't working during our stay. Being on the 5th floor means lots of stairs. However the location is good and its very clean.

Location is brilliant, just a short walk to everything and not to far from the station. Stairways had an odd smell and our floor had a weird smell as well. Rooms were tidy and got cleaned on a daily basis. Beds were comfy, though we did come home with bites - looks like something was biting us in our sleep - not impressed :-(!!!!!! Shower was nice and warm, though could have done with a clean. All in all a good stay. The girls at the front desk were really lovely and helpful. Thannk you

The place felt safe enough to us. The bathrooms were very tidy, though some stains on our bed linen reduced the image a bit. We requested an early checkIn in advance and a worker guaranted us, that they will do they best. Upon arrival we got pushed aside and the receptionist said, by 3 p.m. is checkin time. My girlfriend had to beg in order to get a early checkin by 12, we were pretty exhausted by the ride to Kobnhaven. Felt like on a bazar and not really customer oriented. The rest was alright.

We stayed a weekend in Copenhagen. It was very noisy on friday night, from neighbouring rooms as well as from the street. The walls are thin. But Saturday and Sunday night was very silent.

Just back from spending 3 nights in Hotel Copenhagen. The rooms were very clean as were the bathrooms. The showers were hot and strong. Unfortunately there was a lot of construction work going on outside the hostel and we were woken every morning at 5.30. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hostel was a good 10/15 minute walk from the centre of the city.
