Room was not clean. Internet reception is very weak in the rooms, no TV, basic iron beds (wobbly). Shower is not divided, so taking shower sprays water everywhere, including the bide and toilet. Rooms full of mosquitos even in January. Breakfast is well below par. It was warm though and location is rather good.

Very good place to stay with a friendly staff. The room was nice and the breakfast was really good! I definitely would recommend that!

It's a little far away from the main train station and the staff can hardly speak English. But it's a good hotel anyway. There are many small restaurants nearby. Also, the hotel is near many places of interests.

Reasonable for price. Bare in mind it's a bit of a walk from the station but its close enough to the galleria acedemia and the duomo. Fairly good breakfast included too.

Location was good, room got everything we need, clenliness average, but for breakfast they count two peaces of breasd for each of us!!????,and only jam and butter to put on it!!!

Air conditioning not included in room fee

Great location with sweet desk workers that gave us good advice on where to go to a nice dinner. Good view from our window with comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Cheap and would definitely recommend!

Good value for money, close to the main tourist places, comfortable beds and good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay very much and have no complains about the hotel.

Location is good, not far from the duomo. The room is clean and nice. Good breakfast. The only thing that could be better was the airco.

Wonderful location! Breakfast was typical Europe breakfast--- bread, cheese

Overall the hotel is good. Wifi is fast. Staffs are firendly and willing to help. Not so far from the city center, just about 5-10mins walking distance.

Close to the city centre this hotel was clean, quiet and offered a good, affordable nights sleep with full continental breakfast.

Definitely a hotel rather than a hostel, no communal space or kitchen. Double beds were two singles pushed together. Lots of mosquitos and the repelling devices in the rooms don´t work. Fans in rooms instead of aircon. Not great. Fairly long walk from town and train station (15 minutes or so, which is a lot in a small town like Florence).

10 minute walk or so from the duomo. Wouldn't recommend it to people who want a more upbeat/busy hostel ; it's better for couples/families. The included breakfast wasn't anything special - rolls and plain croissants. For us though, the atmosphere was completely ruined by the drilling underneath our window starting at about 7.30am each morning. As air-conditioning cost an extra E5 per night we originally left the windows open and loud drilling was not pleasant to wake up to.
