The only real down side was that when we were trying to get in coming back Saturday night we were outside ringing the bell for about 10 minutes. We could not be heard I think because someone was using a vacuum. Overall everything else was great!! Very dodgy! Only go there if you have absolutely no other alternative. They talk you into cancelling your online booking and offer you subsequently rooms with a 50% premium (e.g. more expensive than you booked it initially). If you book online they make you feel 3rd class guest and reallocate rooms even after bookings. Some staff are superficially friendly, others plainly lie (about availability etc) at you to get max benefit out of you. Never experienced something like that in a European hotel.Very dodgy!
