Hotel Costa Inn Reviews

There's now a problem that the free bus to the airport leaves the hotel and 5 a.m. and there's not another until 9 a.m. We therefore had to arrive at the airport at 5:30 and wait for our airline to open at 7. Our flight was at 9:55 so we had a long wait. We had to be at the airport for 8 NOT 5:30. Very inconvenient.

Pretty shady place. Had a lot of propblems getting a room key that worked. Very little lighting in the place which makes night time arrivals a bit scary. Staff was helpful though. Had to wait for 1hr at the airport for a transfer to the hotel, unlike the 5 mins they claim it takes.

Some of the staff were extremely helpful and did there best to keep us informed during our stay. The restaurant seemed to be always open and offering cheap, decent eats and drinks. It was in a perfect location for Carnival!

The free shuttle to the airport was not free. They charged me $25 at the desk to get there. They had 4 times a day free. Also I thought I had arranged pickup at the airport, but had to take a cab.

Free airport pick up makes this hotel almost pay for itself! Other than that all around decent, clean place with a 24 hour cafe/bar in the lobby with decent cheap food.

The staff at the reception desk definitely needs training. No pleasant greeting upon guest's arrival at check in. When asked for information only short answers were provided. The young manager is a very cheerful and helpful fellow though. Too bad that the rest of the staff isn't like him. I also observed that other guests were not treated as VIPs at the reception counter.
