All in all I was highly disappointed because of the poor customer service. The staff was not friendly at all and no one did extra mile during my 6 days stay in twin private room. It seemed for me that I was overcharged as well. I needed to pay for each tea ( around 1.50 Euro) and breakfast (4.65 Euro). It does not seem to be fair. I would not recommended the hotel in Fatima.

Nice location just next to Fatima Sanctuary. Staff very helpful and they have free garage as well if you travel by car. Highly recommended.
