The staff was friendly and nice and the breakfast was good. Facilities were ok, and location slightly farther from the sights than we anticipated but overall still walking distance and good.

The hotel owners are very helpful and suggested many useful travel tips in Florence. Even the breakfast is FOC, the food quality is great.

We stayed in a double room where they had a nice tempurpedic berliner and nice fluffy pillows. This was the best budget hotel/hostel we've stayed at our entire three month trip. Outstanding.

The staff was more than helpful and the room was huge and airy

Really welcoming and helpful staff with a thorough familiarisation of Florence on arrival. Adequate rooms with lots of space and cleaned well. Basic but sufficient breakfast, good wifi. 10min walk to city square and shops. Pleasant stay!

The staff was very helpful. Decent breakfast for the price of the stay.

Good breakfast, tired decor

Yes! Enormous common room with beer garden. Bar/Reception staff are on most of the night and know how to make a mean cocktail (sorry about the puke). Very helpful regarding local amenities. Beds were fine - shutters helped with light and noise. Shared bathrooms were cleaned regularly. Great kitchen - very homely and a great place to meet others. It's a little far from the station, on the south side of the river but that's not a bad thing! Plenty of chance to explore the city.
