The hotel is really nice but the staff were rather unhelpful and the ordered food is terrible. I ordered room service after a very long day which looked freshly cooked on the pictures but are actually small microwave lasagnas and I ordered beef burger and fries and recieved crisps (like from a bag) and a microwave chicken burger. When I complained I was told over and over again 'well thats what we serve' with no offer to correct the order or even an apology for an entirely wrong meal.
