I loved how close the hotel was to Termini station - this was very convenient! Also, the staff was very nice and our room was spotlessly clean during our three day stay :)

I have a mixed feeling: The hotel has good standards but some of its rooms are quite bad (blank window to the kitchen and too close to the reception - you hear the door bell ringing very often); My friend and I made 2 consecutive reservations; a long time in advance. Both ended up being for the hotel's worst room. The reception girl told me we would be given a better room with a real window after 2 nights; but it was a lie to get rid of me !

This hotel was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and an excellent value for the low cost. Breakfast was included and was nothing fancy, but perfectly fine for our needs (some pastries, yogurt, coffee and juice was enough for us). Location was conveniently very close to the train station, but far enough away that it was very quiet for a peaceful night sleep. They let us even keep our luggage there after checking out. Great!

I am so happy we stayed here. It takes less than 5 minutes to get to from the train station, is clean, comfortable, the breakfast is free and tasty, linens and towels are included, beds are comfortable (even the futon I slept on), and the staff was pleasant and helpful. We spent the night in a triple bed ensuite. It was a great value with each of us paying 25 euro. Definitely stay here!

This hotel is gorgeous! If I hadn't read reviews before, I wouldn't have known that the sign to enter/find it isn't exactly clear. Make sure you look for their address rather than their sign. My friend and I paid 27 euro each for one double room which was very nice. I love that breakfast was included and had such a large variety, was perfect before our long day ahead. The only problem we had was I found a bug on my towel, but you are bound to find a bug anywhere. Very close to Termini too!

Wifi was intermittent and phone reception poor. The window hardly let any light in so the room felt like a small, dark box.

This hotel was amazing! Definitely the best choice for the price you pay! It was up to par with the $300 a night hotels as well! The only downside is that the location is a little out of the way but only 20 minutes walking so you can reach everything relatively easy!

Located right next to Termani Hotel Dama is super convenient. It's clean and the breakfast is good too (freshly made coffee and pastries). The owner/manager was really friendly. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

We loved this hotel and will totally repeat when going bavk to Rome. We couldn't believe our money gave us such wonderful room, so cozy and big, with minibar and tv and the bathroom with towel heater (and scale!!)!! Breakfast was also wonderful, the guy has a smile in his face even at 7'15 in the morning hahaha People were very nice and helpful. Location is right next to Termini Station which is great to leave your luggage when you arrive. It's also a zone full of great restaurants.

Everything was great: the location, the staff, the cleanliness. Yes, the room was a tiny bit small but the price was excellent and the breakfast was better than expected. Recommended.
