It was great staff was very helpful! the tours they offered are worth it every penny! they made my staying very comfortable and effecient. Great place !

staff were not very helpful with getting around Cancun! I asked for a map & was given a photo copy of a brochure map, which was hardly legable. Not happy with the whole experience. This was my first time in Cnacun & I was very disappointed with the hotel staff, they were not very friendly because I didn't speak the language & not very helpful @ all.Will never go there again.
