We arrived at 11pm after 8 hours traveling by ferry, we were exhausted. The staff treated us really bad, didn't pay attention in what we were saying, just gave the keys and got the money. The room that was given to us looked like a storage room. Lots of chairs, tables there and really really dirty. The bathroom was smelling really bad.

The staff are very rude

The only good thing about this place was the location. The man from reception was very impolite. The air condition in the room didn't work and it was very hot inside the room. Find another place to sleep!!

the worse Hotel/hostel/youth hostel I have ever been: 2 cockroaches in 15 minutes Mold in the walls 1 bed with a mattress of 2 cm thick and complete old and bad bed. Not even in the war time had so bad beds Electricity cables in the whole wall without protection, all connections open Stones to keep the windows closed, because there are no lockings in the windows The guy at nicht was arrogant and impolite. He didn´t give us a solution. We can supply photos of all of this.

Possibly the easiest and quickest improvement that would make a difference would be to make internet access better and more accessible. I was on the 6th floor on room 58 or 56 (already forgot which one exactly) and had to go to the stairwell to get the 5th and 4th floor internet...

Room felt like a storage closet. The long hall was filled with coffee tables stacked, a mini-fridge, and several extra blankets. One sink knob was missing so couldn't be turned. Shower only had cold water. After we showered here, we developed a rash on the lower part of our legs - mine being worse as I showered first. Don't know if it was from cleaning chemicals dumped down the drain or a bacterial infection. It went away with medication after 2 weeks. Would never stay here. Awful experience.

Ok. Our bathroom didn't have a door and wasn't very clean. Also the bunk bed looked like it was going to collapse at any second

Hotel was good as had early ferry in the morning but walls were paper thin.
