We haved to stay blocked 30 min in the elevator till a mechanician arrived.

We spent in Milano only one night and we need some cheap hotel near to the central rail station, so location was excelent for us, the staff was friendly and helpful and speaking English and the room was surprisingly comfortable and clear. Was the perfect hotel for what we needed, which was a cheap place near the train station as we were in Milan for only one day. It was clean and the beds were nice, but as it was close to the train station, the area around it is rather dirty and just a little sketchy. This hotel is a health hazard. The bathroom was covered in mould. I would not stay here again and I am glad that we only stayed one night. The location was good as it was close to the train station and underground but there were lots of hotels on the same street so try somewhere else. This hotel is a health hazard. Nice, clean hotel only five minutes walk to the central train station which is very handy. Staff were friendly enough but seemed bored and uninterested in helping out. the staff I think were not good,just like machines..that do their job.the only concern of them was Money.
the location was good however.
