they redirected me to another "hotel" that was under any standards (no internet, no curtains in the windows, dirty blanket - I could not change it - it was the only one in the whole hotel) Finally they sent me to other, decent place, but I lost one of two evenings in Milan for it

This was the crappiest hotel I have ever stayed at in my life, for which I paid 200€ per night. Granted it was Milan furniture fair week, and part of the fun is getting screwed over by the hotels. But still, it was nasty, however cheap it normally is. No internet in our room-- only from lobby. Also, they tried to charge us for linens. Bathroom door had no frame. Bad view onto concrete courtyard, no light, on ground floor. At least there were no bed bugs.

The hostel has a very good location and we got an free upgrade to a room with a private bathroom

They said "I have problems with your room" to every costumer we have seen. We booked 3 nights but we spent every night in another room, last night in another hotel. Wireless wasn't connectable at rooms, if you wanna use it you need to sit in the lobby which gives us a chance to observe what they said to other costumers. It was cheap though. You can be satisfied when you don't expect so many things.

We have reserved a room with toilet insuit, but we didnt got it. Our room was pure, not very clean, and there was only the one toilet for 10 rooms!!! This place is horrible.
