The location is realy good and the staff is very kind and helpfull, but the room wasn\'t like in the hotel should be. It was rather like a hostel (just to sleep over) but with higher price. Bed cover, walls, bathroom where very used and not properly clean. There where no towels or sope like showed on the photos. Internet signal is poor.

Moisture, plaster spilling and harmful to health rust fungi on walls are sufficing cause for closedown of the hotel.

Nice location, 15/20 mins walking to the city center, around 9 by tram that has an station right in front of the hotel. Quiet, clean, kind staff, no internet...good value for money

In general the stay was fine, and the people at the hotel/hostel were nice, but as the days went on the service kind of faded a bit, but this depended on who was at the desk. The people were helpful at times, but they took their time and we had to remind them what our question was if we needed help and didn´t receive the help immediately. Considering it was \"Milan exhibition\" week it was way overpriced for that kind of hotel, but it was expected. Personal rating allover o.k.

I think we got quite a shabby room, where they had filled in extra beds in a double room to make a quadruple room, but we got the impression that the other rooms were quite good.

The staff is really nice, they help in any situation, show you all possibilities for public transport, the next supermarket, coffe in the morning, restaurants in the area.... The internet is a bit useless, you have to open the door for connecting to the hotspot. The bath is in a critical condition with poor installation of light, washbasin hanging from the wall and a shower that leaks all over the floor. To sum up I can say, with the next vacation in Milan I will go there again!!

First of all, this hostel intended to charge us extra 2 euros per person per night. The reason given was the rate of a room given in the hostel world is lower than the city's rate for a room. The receptionist said that this extra money is also for the Internet and bed sheet. According to hostel world these are free of charge. Secondly, the heater in the rooms were not working. We have to stay in a cold room during our winter trip when outside temperature was -2 degree celcius.

We booked a double-bed room with ensuite bathroom. Firstly, the directions to the hotel could be clearer. We did not know which bus stop we were dropped at in reference to the map, so it took some time for us to locate the hotel. The hotel reeked of the smell of bleach and the heater in my room was not working. It was freezing cold. The hot water runs cold after a while. The room rate was high and yet we had to pay extra for linen and towels. Wifi signal only in lobby. Staff could be friendlier.

Despite what is mentioned in the hostels info, I had to pay 6 eur for the bed linen (for just 1 bed) and they did not give us a city map. The room's floor was a bit dirty and the walls had lots of humidity. Since this is not a cheap hostel, I was expecting something a much better service.
