This hotel comes at a great price, The lady who owns the hotel is very accomodating and friendly - her family is super friendly as well! I reccommend booking ziplining and hot springs as well at this hotel. Overall, I would definitely reccommend this hotel to anyone! :)

Pleasant hostal with friendly staff.Be prepared to pay with cash. We had problems to pay with our card.

Felt unsafe because of the other guests, plus wasn't given a key for my room .

Very disappointed with Don Moises. The hotel was overbooked on 20 Dec 2012 and I got bumped out of the hotel and need to stay in a crappy room a far away from the main centre. I booked about 3-4 weeks before my stay and this happened! The lady owner explained that her husband passed away 6 months ago and she didn't know anything about the double booking. Although sympathetic, I can't help to think that she's bullshitting me as I only booked 4 weeks back. I will NOT recommend this hotel.
