I marked the facilities down because I had trouble connecting to the wifi (however, there was a computer in reception available) and our shower was not hot. Iquitos was very warm so this was not a big problem, however it would have been nice. The room had air con and the place was very clean. The manager was a very nice guy, and went way out of his way to help with tours. One time he even walked us to a tour operator and got us a very good price on an Amazon day trip.
