I booked for a double bedroom for a couple. We got two single beds. I could hear people in next door talking all night long even blowing his nose. We requested to get our room change but were told that all rooms were occupied. it was bad experience. I wouldnt recommend it.

The hotel was sufficient for two nights stay, it was very basic but the location was good as it was close to the central station and metro links. Not the cleanest place we've stayed in and it is quite noisy, both outside and inside the hotel. On the last night the individual in the room next to ours was playing ridiculously loud music, we went to mention this to reception who were far from helpful and were unwilling to assist.

Hotel Due Giardini is a fantastic little hotel for those who are looking for a room near the train station or even centre of Milano. This budget-friendly hotel has extremely friendly/helpful staff, and has plenty of character. I highly reccomend!

good: service at the front desk was excellent and their english is quite good. the fact that the train/bus station and a subway station are so close is also a major plus. not a dangerous neighborhood bad: locking mechanism for the door is a pain in the @$$. both us and our neighbors struggled every time. one of the 2 beds sagged like a hammock to say it all: money-saver hotel

The people were lovely, the room was clean and that's all that mattered to us. The room was basic, no wifi or AC or breakfast, these all come at an extra charge but it had an ensuit shower which worked well. The room overlooked the gardens so there was no noise from the streets and we slept well. Nothing to complain about at all, would definitely stay again if I visit Milan again. Good location too, a few minutes walk from Corso Buenos Aires.

The staff were really friendly an helpful for our first visit to italy. A map was given to us with things to see whilst we were there and directions. We were only a 30min walk from the city centre. The only thing we didnt have was air conditioning, normally wouldn't mind so much but it was 35degrees :(. Other than that, we would stay there again!

the location is really bad because the people who live there, are really annoying and nobody was polite to us.

it was ashamed that they would charge you 10 euro's per night for air conditioning use and another 5 euros per night for wifi use.

The man on reception looked a bit annoyed when we got there even though we got there earlier than we said we would. Room was very hot, and any extras you had to pay alot for, e.g. air conditioning for one day 10 euros! But was good for the price we paid.
