The reception was very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was near the Lima Metro Station and the Milan Central Station, all for 25 euros per night. It was good value for money.

Basic accommodations, thought I was getting a double bed, but it was a double room, which means two single beds. Not a huge problem. Staff was really really nice, everything was fine.

We were surprised not to be allowed to use the breakfast salon in the afternoon for visiting and to share a glass of wine and a snack with friends. The manner in which we were told to leave the area was very unprofessional and rude. I will not recommend the facility to other travelers because of this incidence.

Bit too noisy for my liking. But within walking disatance of Cathedral and Station. Recommend Little Italy Restaurant just around the corner.

Staff are friendly & helpful. The dog is lovely. When we left, the dog was sick & we could not take photos with it. The shower is not good enough, unable to have a comfortable bath. If the hotel can provide breakfasts, it would be perfect.

The staffs were nice and helpful as well as professional. The room is clean and they change the blankets everyday. The hostel is very near the central station, near a market which is extremely cheap and fresh. Anyway, they do not have a printer which is neccessary for visitors. I had to go out and find printing service. The wall is thin so others next door could heear what we "did" :( well, we all want to have some private moment. Mark 9 for this hostel with high recommendation.
