The hostel state that there is staff 24/7 at reception (to gain access to the hotel at all hours). However, there have been a few times now, where there as been no-one at reception and subsequently had to wait prolonged amounts of time including loud banging on the GLASS door to try get someone to hear and open the front door. This happened again, when I went to check out of the hotel at 5am, I had to go on a search round the hotel to find the one staff, I could have missed my flight.
