The manager of the hotel was very friendly and nice but we could not stay here. The room was filthy and the worst by far in all of our travels in India. Other hotels in the area were of the same price and much cleaner.

... nice Hotel for your first night in Delhi, especialy the free airport pickup ! BUT: Don't trust the guys from the Travel Agency next to this place!!! The will only try to sell you a totaly overcharged private driver! (yes the hotel owner and the travel agency owner are good friends)

The room was not clean but since this is my first time in India, I wasn't sure what to expect. The next morning the hotel staff tried to tell me that rickshaws were not reliable so that I needed to take a cab for 250 rupees even though a different staff told me to take a rickshaw for 60 rupees the previous night. If this hotel interests you for the free hotel pick up, it is probably a better idea just to get a prepaid taxi to somewhere else

This place is not exactly in the center of the town but very near a metro station, so you can easily travel in Delhi. The place is safe and in the district there is also a lot of shops and restaurants. We stayed two times in this hotel. First time all was ok, but second time washroom was not clean. So it's ok, but not very clean (to sleep it's better to have your own bed sheet) People are ok and nice in this place.

We stayed one night in the hotel. Everything went perfect. So we chose the same hotel for our last night. Even if we came 2 hours before the checkin time there was no problem. They helped us to book a taxi to the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although the corridors of the hotel look quite dirty and dingy the rooms itself were clean, although a bit with stuffy air. but with the fan it was ok.

It was really a great stay first time India we made very late booking and we call for free airport pick up and the driver was waiting outside gate 4 as they said .Hotel is clean room are big hot shower in the morning was nice .Will stay again here soon .GOOD PLACE TO STAY

The front desk staff is really funny. The location is great since you are one street away from the popular shopping street. It is down the block from the metro, which you can take to go to the sites and stuff. It is away from the main touristy areas though. The tuk-tuk drivers around like to bug you and stuff, but the housing is fine. The steps are extremely steep, so don't trip. Also, there is one guy who is a travel agent who works there, he will try to sell you many things...just beware.

The staff is good. They pick you up from the airport right on time, no waiting. The facilities are old, but clean.

RUN AWAY. was the worst hotel and the most expensive. When we arrived people sleeping in the lobby. One woke up, made a big burp before to say hello and checkin. Was really dirty : sheets, smell, cockroachs.After check in, Guy came in the room without knocking. AC was NOT working until 9 AM.... and you have to pay in a tourist office (where they kindly harass you) only good thing : airport pick up My advice :Take any hostel in any guide book, book, they will pick you up if you ask.

We stayed in this Hotel for four nights and it was very nice! The airport pick-up was on time, the hotel staff was very nice to us and the room was all right, close to the Karol Bagh metro sation. John and Rameez at "adventure starts here first" office are also incredibly nice and helpful people! We felt very comfortable there and they fully helped us with every single thing we asked for. Don't miss the masala tea they will offer to you! Highly recommended!

Staff was good but the rooms needed some major TLC (plaster was falling off the walls,stained walls and mirrors everywhere) and I had a COCKROACH infestation in my room ! Stay away from the bus tour to Agra.Left at 6am and came back at 2:30am next day and spent ONLY 1 hour at Taj (was told when I booked we went for 3 hours,lies!).

This is our first trip to India, so the free airport pickup was the best thing ever! We really liked the location - a local suburb so no hassle but close to metro station so a short ride to all the tourist sights. The staff here are great - really friendly, honest & helpful. We loved the front desk manager - you could chat to him for hours. Our room had excellent AC & the bathroom was modern, clean with a great hot shower. The room service food was delicious too! We'd definitely stay here again.
