It is incredibly noisy. It is almost impossible to sleep because eveyone is shouting between floors, especially the staff.

As I know your room was at the back. It was a very quite room. The staff is not going to make noise, especially during the night. Do not forget that you are staying in a Hotel. You share some areas with other people. If we notice that someone is making noise, we are taking action immediately. Our aim is to provide to our fellow customers cleanliness, courtesy and safety.

We had a room for 4, it had really high ceilings and great character. It is right close to the metro stop and a short walk from Syntagma Square. They provided heating blankets for free (costs money to heat the room) so we did not have to pay for heating. Left tea and a kettle for us each day.

The room is incredibly nice for the price (less than 10euro a night) and includes tv and washstand in room. The bathroom is close and clean as well. Most of the employees are eager and nice, although they speak little to no english. We came back for a second night, at which point the older man at the desk made a derogatory comment about my nationality when I handed him my passport. Added a very sour note to the experience.

Dear customer, there is 100% no possibility of any derogatory comment. I'm sure that there was no comment about your nationality. Maybe, the old man at the reception paraphrased something wrong? All people from all nations are welcome to come not only in my property, but also in Greece. My country is so hospitable with all people. I am very sorry if you felt embarrassed.

its a very good value for money. The hotel is old but clean and more than enough to spend a few nights. Staff don´t speak english but they are extremely helpful and nice. Regarding the area, yes, Omonia is dodgy but not dangerous, many police on the beat around. Of course, you see people injecting openly heroin on the street, and dealers openly selling all sort of stuff but people mind their own business. I was a woman walking round ON MY OWN, and It was the only woman around Omnia and nothing

Thank you for your stay in my property. We try to give the best service to our customers. Some of the staff speak english fluently, some others they speak only a little. But we are able to help our customers in any case. Now the area in the Historical center is going to be renovated soon as I know from the police and the municipality announcement. Even if you choose a 5 star hotel the area you are going to stay in is the same. I wish, I had the control of the area, but the police control the area outside of my property. Thank you for your honest comments.

Cold room, no hot water, showers were not to be found. The decor was extremely outdated and it cost 7 euro for heating. Not a place I would reccommend for any more than one night.

Dear guest, the toilet and the shower was opposite to your room. As I remember, I showed to you the room & the showers when you came. The shower is only 2 meters from your room. If this is difficult to remember, you have to accept my apologies. Hot Water is provided 24 hours per day, every day. About the heating, our policy is to keep very low the room price, so we do not include extra cost in the final price. Many guests are not used to heating. Athens is not a cold city like others. Winter is so calm. The style of the property is classic. The description of the property informs the customer what is going to be booked.
