Hotel cancelled my booking without prior notification. Reason? They had tried to take a full payment from my account 2 weeks before I arrived, although I had arranged to pay on arrival. Credit to HostelWorld who were very helpful and arranged alternative accommodation, but the hotel cancelling really changed and hindered our trip. Purely because of this, I would avoid.
