They said the Holstel world payment of 10% is not a deposit as you list it but a payment to you that the hotel does not get. They charged me full price. I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were really nice and everything was really clean. The room was kind of small, but that wasn't a problem at all. The hotel is just on the outskirts of the city and walking to the city center is no problem at all, and having the U-bahn stop right outside of the hotel was fantastic for getting back to the main train station. A wonderful stay, I would recommend it to anyone!I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were really nice and everything was really clean. Whithout a call we found there an overbooked hostel. A hotel, so none of the coziness one expects with a hostel. The double room barely had space for the bed, let alone anything else and was very expensive.
