Staffs are helpful and polite.Nice balcony.Nice beds and overall is clean.I paid extra 10 euro for the air-conditioner,but it was so disappointed,since it was even cooler for open windows than switch on the air-conditioner.If windows are opened,it will be quite noisy due to the bars downstairs.Shower towels are too thin and rough. It's still a very good place to stay,because it's safe and at good price.I am willing to stay there again and recommend to others.

Great location, you can move to all the sightseeing locations. Nice staff, almost 24h reception. The only negative thing I can say is that the towels weren't towels actually.. Anyway, good, clean, secure, quiet place to stay.

it is troublesome to wait for the staff to get the key everytime we want to go to our room. other than that, it is all ok, the staff was rather helpful with the information.

The guy that works there was so nice, friendly, and helpful. The girl that works there...not so much. Very stand-offish and rude.
