That was awful. We came to Euroglobe at 20:00. We knew that the reception closed at 18:30 and that's why we had written to the hostel and got necessary information. We got the number of our room and administration of the hostel said that we will find the key in this room. BUT nobody said us the code from front door! If the girl that was living in the hostel wouldn''t come we would have to spend a night at the street. The room: used condom under one bed, poor furniture, cold, dirty...

Dirty toiltes, dirty showers, dirty rooms. We didn´t get brakfast at the hotell, we got a sandwich and some cheese and salami on a plate in the morning. I booked the hotel becasue it said breakfast was included; i was sooo disapointed.

We couldn`t check in as i didn`t read the whole confirmation Email which said, that we have to confirm our arrival a second time by calling the Hotel till 5pm of the arrival day. So there was nobody at the reception in the late evening to let us in. I was annoyed because i announced our late arrival on the booking page of hosterworld.com and therefore didn`t expect any problems with our arrival...
