The hotel was in a great location, the rooms were nice, safes in the closet and a little refrigderator. I would recommend taking a shuttle from the airport seeing as it was a little hard to find at first, but the location is great. Lots of little shops right there and great restaurants. Plaza de Espana is right down the road with lots of little market shops. The staff was really helpful. I would recommend it.

I had a terrible experience at Euromadrid. The bed was about as comfortable as a concrete slab. When I took a shower or bath water flooded out of the bidet. When I informed the staff that I wanted to check out because the bathroom flooded with toilet water they not only charge me for the first night but charged my credit card for the second night because I was a half hour past check out time. Don't stay at Euromadrid, there are much nicer places in the city for less money.

The staff was very kind and easy going, they are the best thing that the hotel has. I really recomend the hotel specially if you are traveling with not too young people, like your parents... Excellent place to rest.

La habitación para 3 personas es muy pequeña, casi no hay espacio entre las camas. Una habitación tenía frigo bar.

The location is excellent, a 2min walk to the Metro station and a short walk to tourist attractions. Staff were friendly and very helpful with directions. The room and bathroom was spotless, although the air con was a bit dodgy, but did work. Great value for the price!

It was a nice hotel, the staff was very nice, air conditioning and the location was amazing. It was hard to get there at first because the information at the website was not enough.

Not the best one but the best value for our money on our 16 days / 6 stops trip was with this hotel. Elevator available only after the first floor though...

Clean basic hotel, good for getting yourself organised and having a good nights sleep after staying in hostels. The staff were pretty good, centrally located.. huge bathroom!

It's a budget hotel... great location for a room and easy to get to from Madria Atocha station. Staff are really friendly and rooms are kept quite clean. Probably one of the best bathrooms too!
