Great position, good price!

I felt a little uneasy walking to the hostel at night, but once inside the gate, it felt safe and secure. Never was able to get a hot shower, sometimes not even a warm one. But very glad to have working air conditioning! This is the only place in Italy I've stayed at that has had an elevator, which was very helpful for my parents traveling with me.

Greatly enjoyed a very comfortable stay in Hotel Europeo! Great value, very friendly staff (who were patient with my limited Italian!), and a superb location near the old town centre. I hope to return soon!

The attitude of the staff is really bad especially the one guy in the night. we ask for the wifi and he just throw a password to us and it doesn't work! we ask again he just said he don't know!! and at the night we took the shower and there is no hot water and nobody use the shower before...and the location is really far from the train station!! we walk with our luggage for at least 45 mins to get there.. don't recommend to live here... so inconvenient

Dear guest, We are sorry for the problems you had during your stay, but after a checking in your room we foun no problem with the wi-fi and the hot water. We are in the historical centre of the city, only 25 minutes far from the station, we invite alwais our guest to contact us if they need information how to get the hotel.
