The location of this hotel was a 5 minute walk from the station, and the rooms were clean. However, the reception was not attended, and despite being assured that it would be attended within 15 minutes (by staff at the restaurant attached), we waited for 45 minutes to an hour. The hotel is right in the middle of town, walking distance to everything. The staff when we tried to check in were useless, the reception lady had showed up 2 hrs late. Absolutelly, U should arrive before 11am. Even though u have paid the 10% and informed by call to reserve your room, u take the risk to be transferred to another hotel. Honestly, the staff of this hotel gave us another good and clean hotel. But, it's not the same one.Absolutelly, U should arrive before 11am. Brilliant location, really cute hotel. The room was small, but lovely with an excellent ensuite bathroom. Windows open fully, there is a fan if the weather is hot. Although central, the location is quiet at night.
The receptionist on duty was so helpful and very friendly. We also received vouchers for discounts at two local restaurants. The internet is free there too.
The hotel can organise parking for you at a cost but cheaper than parking in a multi storey for the night.

There were many information booklets which helped the organization of the program. The booklets concerning Lucerne Festival were particularly good.
