Nice, clean hotel. Happy with all the facilities, very good value for money. A bit dissappointed with the selection of food available for breakfast

Devo purtroppo lamentare la sbrigatività con cui la Struttura ha liquidato una questione riguardante l'annullamento della prenotazione di cui sopra, affermando di non aver ricevuto la mia mail regolarmente spedita 20 giorni prima del presunto arrivo e di non aver tenuto conto della concomitante telefonata di sprenotazione perchè "non si accettano disdette per via telefonica". Inoltre non ha risposto alla mia mail di chiarimento.

My reservation was canceled on arrival day (11:56 am). Hotel didn't inform me about this via my mobile phone. After arrival to the hotel impolite man from the reception told me about cancellation and reason of that (some problem with my credit card) and after 20 minutes of discussion offered a room at a price two times higher.

It is a proper 3* hotel with extraordinary low prices. As hotels go, it was excellent. Unfortunately, we prefer hostels :)

The best value for money stay in Italy. There was some renovation work going on at the hotel on our floor so the prices were amazingly cheap for a 4 star hotel. The staff put us in the end room and we couldn't even tell there were workmen on our floor. The rooms are very comfortable with all the luxuries of a proper hotel. The buffet breakfast alone was worth the tariff for the night. Bus is one block away (look for sign on corner near stop) and goes straight into town & station.
