As you walk in there is laundry on the floor. Reception- more like a desk in a room that was shut most of the time including when we wanted to check out. Our room- not available the 1st night so were put into a horrible room with an open plan bidet, sink & a very hard bed squashed in a tiny space. The shared toilet ran out of loo roll & wasn't clean. 2nd night was better in a different "superior en suite" room- no loo just a shower u have to hold on2 & a sink. No door, just a curtain.

Excellent location in downtown near everything, this is the main reason for staying in this hotel, shops and coffees close to the hotel. The double private room was ok, big, clean, some chairs and place for clothes, but the shower and WC are old and have stains, there isn't any door between the room and the WC, only a curtain. Not elevators in the building. The guy from the staff talk about renovations this year, so maybe the facilities will get better.

Great location! But very noisy, there lot of bars and restaurants near the hotel. We stayed 1 night in the double room: The double room was composed by the double bed and a sink (basic room) The shower is not included so if you are going to stay more than 1 night try to book the room with shower. The bathroom is outside de room and we had to shared them. The room was small, the TV doesn`t work. Anyway, the location was very good, you can go everywhere by foot.

It is necessary a shower instead of the bidet. This is possible at the same space.

Bedbugs! Dirty room! Noisy! The only good think is it's location.

The staff was extremely rude!! We had booked a room with private bathroom and got one with shared bathroom. Next day they changed our room, but there was a problem with the keys so they called us at midnigh saying that if we don't go to the hotel in 20 min "they don't know how we could get in". So we were running in the middle of Brussels in midnight on a Saturday night to make it. The attitude of the staff and the management was below than zero!

The double room was composed by the double bed and a sink, without wall the divided the tho rooms. The double room HAS NO SHOWER AT ALL, NOT EVEN SHARED, so it is impossible to have a shower. The hotel has a great position, just 3 minutes form Grand Place.

My stay in Francois Hotel has been good. The room was small but clean. We had a litle problem with the TV because didin´t work and one light ,but the rest was ok. The girl from the hotel was friendly . The location is great , the hotel is at the centre and you can go walking everywhere.

Location is good. We've booked double room with shower. It was on 4th floor (without lift)! Very exhausting going upstairs to the room with heavy baggage through narrow . It was the worst for us. Room was clean.

Firstly, we booked a room with toilet inside. The toilet was on the stairs, and was dirty. Secondly, receptionist was not at the place. He moved his working hours to 18 o'clock. Checkin at 18 - it is too late. The receptionist's English was very poor. For some reason he checked our visas for 10 minutes. Thirdly, the room hasn't normal illumination, only bedside lamps. There are no soap or shower gel. The floor and one of the beds were dirty. Scary place, but very good location.
