The room was clean and spacious, definitely great value for money. The staff were very friendly, and the location was ideal for tourists, very close to the centre, and there are lots of bars and places to eat surrounding the hostel!

Kind and friendly Hostel right in the middle of Brussels in a very lively street (lots of party people :-) ). Were amazed by the huge size of the room and enjoyed our stay.

A ce prix on ne demande rien de plus: pour 55 euros on est logé pour deux en plein centre ville, douche dans la chambre, lit correct, chauffage de bonne qualité, pas trop de bruit... juste la douche un peu limite niveau entretien et matériel, mais sinon RAS, même conseillé pour les \"petits budgets\".

Hii, me and my boyfried stayed for one night, and it was just fine, clean and the location is exellent. There was two things to mention-not so good sound isolation and pipes in bathroom. The hotel is basicly a beautifull three floor typical belgium house, adapted for turisam. Ivana (Croatia)

The stairs were very narrow but don't get put off by that. We had a huge room at the top, very spacious. The rooms were a bit dark and as it overlooks a pubstreet, it gets noisy at night. Nevertheless the location were good and its easy walking distance to the shopping district and the sights.

I taked the double. shower into the room without privacy, good for a couple, shared bathroom outside the room.

1. Thank you for providing nice bedding and towels! It makes travelling light a lot easier. 2. Fix the light on the top floor.

Internet connection was very poor...somewhat unsettling atmosphere

Good hostel in the middle of Bruxelles, really close to Gran Place, metro lines and pubs. Staff is good, very nice and friendly. The room was clean and big, with a shower and a little washbasin. The only defect was there isn't any elevator, and doing 4 floor of stairs was really hard with baggage! (We were in the last floor)

the rooms look better in the website than in reality. a bit noisy at night as it is very close to a big avenue.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Francois. My only complaint is that there wasn´t any toilet on my floor (I was on the top floor). I had to walk down two flights of stairs to go the bathroom. However, there was a sink and a shower in the bedroom (which was a nice plus). The location is perfect; it´s only a 2 minute walk from the Grand Place. Overall, it is pretty good hostel.

This hostel was in the best possible postion for us was we were in town to see the Xmas markets and this was very central. The rooms were very clean and very spacious and included an ensuite which was a welcome extra which we were not charged for. Most importantly the Lady whom worked there was very polite and helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The resident cat \\\'Master\\\' was very cute too...

Our room was big and clean and the only problem was our bathroom door or the lack of it. Staff was very nice and helpful and I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends!

Large, spacious room with a view, good value for money

Nice, quiet place in a good area of town. Lots of nice bars all around the block. We had a double room with lots of space, a nice big bed, and private bathroom. Be aware there is only a tub with a shower head, not a shower, if that's what you're used to. Reception was pretty uninvolved, and you have to ring to get in to the building. Careful on the steps! I fell a couple times.

The location is excellent, right in the hear of Brussels. Staff is pretty ok. If you read the description carefully you will know that you share the toilet, but in double deloux you have your own shower. Room 11 was clean, warm and pretty spacious. I enjoyed the stay. Good quality considering the price.
