Wireless internet was a little spotty. They provided a public source of safe drinking water, which was nice. Good open balconies with view of Parque Colon were great for hanging out and people-watching.

The staff are friendly enough, but the hotel itself is fairly uninviting. It can also be quite noisy, as it is close to a street full of bars. At least the room was clean.
