The pillows were like rocks, we had no hot water on our last night and the room was extremely bright at night when the outside lights were on

Showers were cold, rooms were okay. The triple with a shared bathroom was actually one bathroom for six people - we understood that the bathrooms would be shared but we assumed that hostel-style, it would be a few cubicles and a shower or two. Instead it was one bathroom for the two rooms (three people each). There was one other toilet in the lobby but that was it. Just a heads up for anyone that's thinking about any of the private rooms with a shared bathroom.

Quiet place. Good for couples. Security is so good that it's over the top and encombersome. House keeping leave each day and midday. We stayed 6 days over the new year period. As such we didn't get our roomed cleaned often. The drains in the bathroom gave off foul odours. We asked to change rooms, they promised to get it fixed. Never was. The bed screeched rather than squeaked at the slightest movement. Still not a bad hotel.

My stay was just a stopover after a flight mix up. About 20 minutes in a taxi from the airport, centrally located clean and tidy and gave a good nights sleep. Staff friendly and helped with taxis even with a language barrier.

Safe place, central location, helpful staff, very professional, breakfast actually cooked and served to you by a person, is above n beyond usual buns n jam left on the table, fair prices for things like drinking water, place is really clean. maybe to a fault. ..... Now I wish I tipped them fairly. I don't usually waste my time reviewing places, but these guys deserve it. Secret:: yes there is hot water. Let the shower run a few minutes before getting in, Long pipes in old building. - DW
